In the psychedelic mandala series, each design begins as a single point and spirals outward, layer by layer, colour by colour, into something rich, electric, and alive, geometry laced with intensity, like looking into something that looks back. In the tessellation work, the logic is different but the pull is the same: interlocking forms that repeat and shift, where the negative space is as considered as the shape itself.

I find both processes endlessly absorbing. The geometry has to be precise, but the colour has to feel free, and somewhere in that tension, something joyful happens.
